Dapeng New District inked agreements with 11 projects during the 20^thChina (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center in Bao’an District on Sunday.

Among these projects are Nailoong, a beloved Chinese anime intellectual property (IP) character, a production team tasked with staging opening ceremonies for national-scale events, and the metaverse theme park X-META.

Shanghai Chenjin Jiyu Technology Development Co. Ltd is laying the groundwork for a metaverse theme park centered around Dapeng Fortress. The company plans to integrate the fortress's rich history and culture into the theme park, augmenting it with VR experiences to craft a 5D immersive park experience.
